There has been developed a new surgical technique for penile enlargement and penile lengthening and treatment methods of prostate. "Penile Augmentations Surgery using AlloDerm," which was co-developed by Dr. Lee Mu-yean, Director of Good Morning Andrological Clinic (02-539-7575) and Professor Whitehead (Albert Einstein College, New York), was introduced.
AllorDerm is a unique biomaterial that freezed and dried after removal of soft tissues only from the lower skin layer (dermis) that has been processed to effectively guard against infection with germs and viruses, therefore, not only it looks, and patients may also feel, as soft and natural as many of them want, but also the grafts becomes part of the patient's body combining with surrounding tissues after it is in place and eventually, about a six months later, graft area will be filled with patient's own natural functional soft tissues.
"By using AlloDerm in penile augmentation surgery, now we can do it without
worries concerning about any remaining blind spots or risks or inconveniences from conventional enlargement surgery having not to cause taking a piece of tissue from patient's buttocks" Dr. Lee said.
Along with AlloDerm, Doctor Lee introduced a device that enables penile lengthening dubbed, JES. When patients attach this device to their treatment site after penile augmentations surgery, it will help the patient increase effects of penile lengthening surgery by two times more.
"We can lengthen it only by two to four centimeters when using conventional penile lengthening surgical method, however, thanks to introduction of JES, now we are able to lengthen it up to four to eight centimeters," and he continued, "We now open a new field for penile augmentation surgery, that is a highlighted technique in the department of male genital surgery." Dr. Lee said displaying his confidence.

Now we can see the post-op appearance of male genitalia what it will likely be beforehand through simulation. This technique has already been common practice in Plastic Surgery, Dentistry and Dermatology, etc., but in Urology. First trial has been practiced in the Adams Clinic (Director, Lee Mu-yeon, M.D.) located at Dogok-dong Gangnam. Since last February, this clinic has gained favorable responses from the patients by practicing this new technique.
In fact, penile augmentation surgery, whether the operation has been successful or undergone wrong is not a comfortable topic to share with others, thus, many patients just keep it in them confidential not being able to disclose the fact to others, but only worth troubling themselves about. However, by seeing the results of surgery in advance through simulation techniques, and by conducting surgery exactly the same as the outcomes that displayed on the screen beforehand, this technique has shown satisfactory performances and also gained favorable responses having pleased both patient and surgeon with the results.
Mr. Ma, who run a small business, was not able to get along all right with wife due to serious complex on account of small penis size. After spent a series of time of troubling himself, he decided to receive his penis lengthening surgery, however, his inward disposition prevented him from visiting urological clinic. Besides he concerned much about failure of surgery. After all, he visited a clinic and consulted his problems with a doctor and then he was able to get confidence for his surgery after seen his genitalia, which has been changed and improved, through simulation, while he couldn't ensure himself about the results of penile augmentation surgery during consulting session with doctor. Specifically, he was told about a surgical method that enables surgeon to take a piece of dermal fat grafts from buttocks of patient without leaving scars on it and it would naturally bring about effects to help the girth and length of patient's penis be enhanced and gained by about 2~5 cm.
Since the result of his penile augmentation surgery was successful, Mr. Ma was able to engage in sexual activities, for which he used to avoid making excuses in the past days, with his wife in an affirmative manner having surprised his wife. As such, after surgery, patients who have suffered from small penis size complex for a long period of time can turn out their life to one that filled in full of vitality getting rid of their complex.
This is a proof that size of penis does affect more the aspect of patient's psychology than sexual activity itself. There are many cases that patient's partner recommends penile augmentation surgery to the patient from the very beginning. It is expected that communications between doctor and patient watching the outcomes of surgery through simulation will be more activated at the time of performing penile enlargement surgery.
